2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the ordering and performance of the following three services (hereinafter: “Services”) available on the [website name] website operated by the Service Provider, as well as to the regulation of payment and the rights and obligations of the parties:

There is no possibility of withdrawal after the commencement of the Service, except if the performance is defective or differs from what is stipulated in the contract.

7. Liability

The Service Provider performs the Service in the manner stipulated in the contract.
The Service Provider is not liable for delays or errors resulting from the User’s incorrect or incomplete provision of data.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., technical failure, natural disaster), the Service Provider is exempt from the obligation to perform.

8. Complaint Handling

The User may report complaints regarding the Service in writing to the e-mail address [e-mail address].
The Service Provider shall respond in writing within 14 days following the receipt of the complaint.

9. Data Processing

In matters not regulated by these GTC, the provisions of the Civil Code and the laws on electronic commerce shall apply.
